2. If you want a text link instead of a Button URL where it says "What is your button URL? " put "text link". This is useful if you have not yet made a button. you can always e-mail me later asking me to switch it. I will not unless you ask me to.
3. Feilds with * are required.
4. Where it says "Anything Else?" put "cotton candy" this the password so I know you read the rules. The password may change so you may have to reread the rules if you see this forum but don't apply the first time.
5. NO SITE BUILDERS, NO ONLY FORUMS, NO ONLY GALLERYS, NO HATE MILEY SITES!!!!!!
6. I DO ACCEPT online magazines, multi - celeb sites, video sites, and any Miley Cyrus realated site, etc.
7. Your site must be in High Quality(HQ)
8. To be a Top Affie I must be on yours. You site MUST be in HQ.
9. If you have closed your site we WILL NOT remove your link. You must tell us that you closed your site and want your link removed other wise we will not remove it.
10. If you want to change your button picture e-mail Emma with your new button url. Make sure you title the message well so she knows what it is.
